CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO THE ORDER I PLACED?

Yes, but we would need to cancel and refund your previous order, then you can order again the new items you desire, this also applies for changes in the address. We do this to ensure you receive the correct items at the correct address.



CAN I REFUND A PURCHASE?

Absolutely, you get a 60 day money back guarantee with all your purchases at angellines.com, we require that you to ship back the product, and once it's received a refund will be processed. Please note we are unable to cover shipping costs for returns.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

We presently do not accept orders by phone (due to the high volume of telemarketing solicitors). All orders must be made through the angellines.com secure web site.



WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Please refer to the tracking information that is sent to you via the automated system upon our processing to ship. Once we create the shipping label, an email is sent with this tracking information. If you do not receive such an email, it is typically because the message was intercepted by your SPAM filter, and therefore we advise you look in your SPAM folder to locate it. The other reason you may not have received tracking information is because your order hasn’t yet shipped.



MY ORDER MAY BE LOST! NOW WHAT?

In the event that an order does not arrive within the specified time (specified in each product page), please first reference the tracking information to ensure delivery has not yet been attempted. Please also take into account holidays and weekends. You are also advised to double check your address information to ensure the information is current and accurate.

In the rare event that items are lost in transit, we deem them as such upon the 30th day from the date the order was shipped, and if the tracking isn’t indicating the whereabouts. At this point, we will credit a full refund. We will not, however, re-ship a second order, as the address in question is concluded as problematic.



MY ORDER TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED", BY I NEVER GOT IT!

The first thing you need to do is make sure the address was entered correctly. Next, contact your local post office, as well as inquire with your postal carrier. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for orders that are stolen after a confirmed delivery, which is more common around the holidays.
